Whats bodybuilding? I get asked that question all the time. Bodybuilding is more than a hobby. Its a chosen lifestyle. Its where the strong grows and the weak perishes. It is where talent lies in genetics and practice comes with disipline. It is where cheats feels the heat of their doings and the dedicated achieves. You have to have passion to breathe and motivation to keep you moving.
Bodybuilding is a whole religion to itself. It teaches you the do's and dont's. It teaches you the right from the wrongs. It speaks by itself. Where arrogance will be your downfall. It tells you that there is no one going to do it for you except yourself - to be self dependant. It shows that cheats and those who are lazy fails. It teaches you to be spirtually inclined to reach greater heights. Where faiths and believes are all that you have. When nothing in life is promised except death. You hear people asking you to cherish what you have. For i have bones, skin and flesh as well as genetics passed down from my old man. To reach greater heights and always moving forward with subtle chains to remind us of mortality.
I love what i do. I couldnt lie to myself to that. Every moment of it is a living dream. For who i am and what i'll do. Ill never give up bodybuilding. Its my calling.
