Morning guys and squirrels

Today, I'll be teaching you an application to a familiar phrase. Its called fuck it. There's something about that word that give you the sudden boost of confidence and get em balls rolling. You catch my drift?

The thing is, you must know how and when to use it. You dont say fuck it and grab em pack of chips nor say fuck it and get the best night of your life in a club with them girls at.

You say fuck it to sleep when its 4.15 in the morning and you have to get to prep for your workout when paradise opens at 0600. You say fuck it when you're supposed to do 4 impossible reps on the bending bar and you're about to do a couple more. Or when em abs hurting at the 545th rep of your abdominal workout. Perhaps when there's this big birthday celebration and they wanted you to be there when they cut em cake when its leg day. There's no fuck it in fuck it anymore. It redifines shit.

Talking about fuck it, i'm staring at this weird breakfast concoction i cropped up.
Does beef even goes with eggs? You dont see cows with chickens but you know what, fuck it. It gives me the 40g of protein i need for arms and calves at 0600.

Live the dream
Strength and honour
